GAY = Good As You!

Being the “One and Only” of anything can be a very scary and frightening experience. It can also be very empowering at the same time. But more
often than not it is only experienced in a negative way.

An example of this would be a girl or guy who was brought up in an Atheist upbringing and has a spiritual emergency otherwise known in the
psychiatric world as a nervous breakdown or an episode of some diagnosis. Who also believes that they are in the wrong or incorrect physical
body and are the wrong sex e.g. should be male but is female.  Then meets someone of the same physical sex as they are and feels that bond
may be the bond from a previous life in which they were a couple consisting of being a female and male.  Then top this off with living in a small
segregated community with limited contact outside that said community.

Guess what? You’re not the “One and Only”. Even taking into account that we are all individuals with completely different backgrounds and pasts,
we all have something in common. We feel alone, disconnected and isolated.

So how do we work on this feeling of being the “One and Only”? I would start with the eight dynamics and where You the individual sits with each
and every one of the eight. Since I have mentioned “You”, that’s where I will start and the question you would ask on all eight levels is “How does
my sexual identity sit with Dynamic 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1st Dynamic: - SELF. This is You and where does your sexual identity sit with You. Can and do You accept You as You are? Or do You not accept
who You are.

2nd Dynamic:- CREATION. This regards to the continuation of the physical body and having offspring. The first question that You need to ask is
whether or not you want to be or are You ready to be in a relationship with another? You may even go to another level here and ask yourself do I
need more than one partner e.g. a female and a male partner, two male partners or two female partners etc.

3rd Dynamic:- GROUP. This regards to how You sit with groups of various types. E.G. local community, social or support group, political party,
church organisation, your state or nation in which You live.

4th Dynamic:- ALL HUMANKIND. This regards to where You sit with your sexual identity and all the other people on planet Earth.

5th Dynamic: LIFE FORMS. This is in regards to where you sit with all other life forms on planet Earth e.g. birds, cats, dogs, elephants, spiders,
trees, bushes, fungi and bacteria etc.

6th Dynamic:- PHYSICAL UNIVERSE. This regards to the actual world around Us or otherwise put the MEST with MEST standing for Matter,
Energy, Space and Time.

7th Dynamic:- SPIRITUAL DYNAMIC. This is in regards to you as a Spiritual Being and where You stand with your sexual identity and how you
define Spiritual Being.

8th Dynamic:- INFINITY. This is in regards to God, the Supreme Being, The Creator and where You sit or stand on this dynamic.

So remember You may be the “One and Only in your local area, group etc but there are so many more who are also the “One and Only”. As I have
said on the Bgay ANZO websites “We come together in fellowship and friendship so that we may grow and learn, support each other without
passing judgment because of who we are. We all have different strengths and weaknesses but together we have only strength.”
